Final round of Saudi league








Today on April 6th, 2014 in the final round of the Saudi League for the 2013-2014 season, Al-Hilal played against the Al Alfath Club. Before the game manager Sami Aljaber said “In soccer you win and you lose and today is the final round. Al Nasser FC is the champions of the Saudi League so first of all congratulations to them for winning and to all my friends in the Al Nasser FC Club. Second of all Al-Hilal is in second place in the Saudi Leauge and we still have the AFC Championship to compete for. It is my first season as manager for the Al-Hilal team and I would love to win the 2014 AFC Champions Leafs. I will be focusing as much as possible on this Champion.” The final score was 1-0 for Al-Hilal with the only goal being scored by Nasser Alshamrani at the beginning of the match.

Al-Hilal played vs Al-Sadd in the 4th round of Group D in the ACF



             On April 1st, 2014 at the King Fahad International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Al-Hilal played vs Al-Sadd of Qatar in the 4th round of Group D in the ACF Champions League. 


The manager Sami Aljaber said “This game is very important for us and we need to win this round, especially in our home arena.” The Final score was 5-0 for Al-Hilal with the first goal being scored by the team leader Yasser Alqahtani (3) on a penalty kick. Sultan Aldeaye (28) also scored and Nasser Alshamrani scored a hat trick as well (34,59,62). In the end Al-Hilal got 5 points to put them in second place overall in the group rankings. After the match the team’s medical staff said that Thiago Neves injured his ankle and would not be able to play in the next match. Manager Sami Aljaber said “We got 5 points in the 4th round and now my team and I will put in more work to win the Championship

" The Saudi League" Al-Hilal VS Al-Nahda

     
      It is the semi-final of the Saudi League for the 2013-2014 season. The match is between Al-Hilal and Al-Nahda Club on March 28, 2014. The Final score was 6-0 for Al-Hilal with goals being scored by Yasser Alqhtani (2), Nasser Alshimrani (12,57,63,87) and Abdullaziz Aldossari (50). The star of the match was Nasser Alshrami for scoring a super hat-trick and also became the top scorer in the Saudi League with 21 goals. After the match Al-Hilal manager Sami Aljaber said “I am thankful to have a player like Nasser on my team. All my players did a great job for this match and I would like to say thank you to the Al-Hilal fans for all their support. This team is working very hard to try and win two Championships this year.” But in the Saudi League it looks like the Nasser Club is about to win because they have 5 more points than Al-Hilal in the standings. That means Al-Hilal would have to two more matches with only one to go so they will be focusing more on winning the ACF Champions League.

"The Saudi League" Al-Hilal Vs Al-Shoalah


On March 23, 2014 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Riyadh played vs. Al-Shoalah in the 24th game of the Saudi league season. Before the game team manager Sami Aljaber said “Today’s game will be different because two of my best players, Abdullaziz Aldossari and Mohammed Alshalihoub, are back from injury and can play in this match. Also my players are ready to win this round.” The final score was 2-0 for Al-Hilal. The goals came from Salem Aldossari (30) and Nasser Alshimrani (82). During the meeting after the game Sami Aljber said “First of all I would like to thank my players and my team for working so hard to make this happen. Also I promise our fans that Al-Hilal will be stronger during the next matches. We will do our best to win the Saudi League and the ACF Champions League.” The next match is between Al-Hilal and Al-Nahda Club.

Al-hilal Vs Al Sadd SC



        Who going to win this round Al-hilal or Al sadd SC this is the common question? On March 19, 2014 in Qatar Al-Hilal played against Al Sadd SC in the third round of group D in the AFC Champions League. Before the match Al-Hilal’s manager Sami Aljaber said Nasser Alshmrani would be the star of the match. The final score was 2-2 with Nadeel (26) and Fayez Alsubai (65) scoring for Al Sadd. Thiago Neves (45), (55) scored both goals for Al-Hilal. Thiago Neves was the star of the match instead of Nasser. He did his best to score but nothing happened. After the match the manager says “At least we got one point which means we still have a chance. 



Good news after the game is that Al-Hilal’s two injured players Abdullaziz Aldossari and Mohammed Alshalihoub will be back for the next match against Al-Shoalah FC in the Saudi league.

Al-Hilal vs Isfahan






                 In Iran on March 12, 2014, Isfahan City’s Al-Hilal played vs. Isfahan Team in the second round of group D of 
the AFC  Champions League. The final score was 2-3 with Bolko Irvine scoring the first goal for Isfahan (17). Colombian 
Castillo (28) and Thiago Neves (33) then scored two goals for Al-Hilal. In the second half Isfahan scored two goals by 
Mehdi Sharifi (72) and Sukaj (90) to win. After the game Al-Hilal’s manager Sami Aljaber said “My players played so well 
and two of my best players also had injuries. We know we lost a point in the second round but I’m sure my team will do 
better next match.” Al-Hilal wore number 24 in the honour of the Crescent Confrontations with the Iranian clubs in all 
Asian tournaments. They have already played 23 games and won 9 against Crescent teams and 10 against Iranian 
teams. They also had 5 draws as well. Al-Hilal’s next game will be against Al Sadd SC.

Al-Hilal first round of AFC Champions


  

At King Fahad International Stadium has a big match between Al-Hilal “KSA” and Al-Ahli “UAE”  in the first round of the AFC Champions League. The final score was 2-2 with Nasser Alshamrani scoring two goals for Al-Hilal at (61) and (74). As well Al-Hilal played without their team manager  Sami Aljaber who had health problems. After the game all of Al-Hilal’s players and staff went to visit  the manager in the hospital and one of their players got injured as well, Mohamed Alshalhob. Al-Hilal fans wish the team could get one more point to be able to play in16 and get strong enough to compete in the AFC  Champions League
