Al-hilal Vs Al Sadd SC



        Who going to win this round Al-hilal or Al sadd SC this is the common question? On March 19, 2014 in Qatar Al-Hilal played against Al Sadd SC in the third round of group D in the AFC Champions League. Before the match Al-Hilal’s manager Sami Aljaber said Nasser Alshmrani would be the star of the match. The final score was 2-2 with Nadeel (26) and Fayez Alsubai (65) scoring for Al Sadd. Thiago Neves (45), (55) scored both goals for Al-Hilal. Thiago Neves was the star of the match instead of Nasser. He did his best to score but nothing happened. After the match the manager says “At least we got one point which means we still have a chance. 



Good news after the game is that Al-Hilal’s two injured players Abdullaziz Aldossari and Mohammed Alshalihoub will be back for the next match against Al-Shoalah FC in the Saudi league.

Al-Hilal vs Isfahan






                 In Iran on March 12, 2014, Isfahan City’s Al-Hilal played vs. Isfahan Team in the second round of group D of 
the AFC  Champions League. The final score was 2-3 with Bolko Irvine scoring the first goal for Isfahan (17). Colombian 
Castillo (28) and Thiago Neves (33) then scored two goals for Al-Hilal. In the second half Isfahan scored two goals by 
Mehdi Sharifi (72) and Sukaj (90) to win. After the game Al-Hilal’s manager Sami Aljaber said “My players played so well 
and two of my best players also had injuries. We know we lost a point in the second round but I’m sure my team will do 
better next match.” Al-Hilal wore number 24 in the honour of the Crescent Confrontations with the Iranian clubs in all 
Asian tournaments. They have already played 23 games and won 9 against Crescent teams and 10 against Iranian 
teams. They also had 5 draws as well. Al-Hilal’s next game will be against Al Sadd SC.

Al-Hilal first round of AFC Champions


  

At King Fahad International Stadium has a big match between Al-Hilal “KSA” and Al-Ahli “UAE”  in the first round of the AFC Champions League. The final score was 2-2 with Nasser Alshamrani scoring two goals for Al-Hilal at (61) and (74). As well Al-Hilal played without their team manager  Sami Aljaber who had health problems. After the game all of Al-Hilal’s players and staff went to visit  the manager in the hospital and one of their players got injured as well, Mohamed Alshalhob. Al-Hilal fans wish the team could get one more point to be able to play in16 and get strong enough to compete in the AFC  Champions League
